Well we left this morning and drove about 170 miles just out side of marion IL. we had a blow our the right back tire pasenger side, at 3pm we called good sams and told them where we were and thay sent someout out, but they had the wrong state and 2 hr later we were told the truck was still 100 miles away. then we called good sams and by then 3 cops came by and told us where we were and we got another truck out. 90 min later it is now 7:30 and we are having to bye 2 new tires and wait for the repair man to get the tires off and go get new ones and mount them. We will be here for a while. We watched a movie and ate, We have had good luck with the tires so far so we can't complain. We will go straingt to the first wall mart we see when this is over. it may be Monday before we get home.

We spent part of the day Thanksgiving in Ne with Bruce and Jeanie along with the Buckmaster hunters and Sharon, ate dear sausage and pancakes for breakfest played uno with the kids and then got on the rd for home. Next stop was only 100 miles away, and Dwane drove Friday over 300 miles stoping just short of St Louis Mo. off in the morning and we will most likly spend another night on the rd. the drive to home from St Louis is over 500 mile. Should be home Sunday.

We spent most of the day driving to Hustin from San Atoneo in the pouring rain I am worn out, but we are at Ollies now and she needed Dwane to help with a few business Items and help around the house. We will be leaving later to day to go to West to see the Scotts. That is Dwane's mother side of the family there are 6 brothers and sisters and many others. WE spent Saturday the 7th with Dwane's 2 sisters and there family one child was not there the GirlJackson, Turner, Todd and Liseann The girl was not home Arrinton she was at a seepover.
We went out and ate the biggist chicken fried stake we ever saw. Don't worry Don't worry Dwane and I shaired one. Kelley took us to the Alamo and the river walk, I took pic with our fighting men. I was proud too. Today we are off to see aunt Ollie 4 hr away. more later.

The drive from California coast to Arazona and through New Mexico is not much to see and a long way. And still 1000 miles to San Antoneo TX. We were kicked out of our shopping center parking lot last nicht, but the nice cop told up where we could park. Not much to see on the drive but will post a few interesting things.

After 19 days in California from Tahoe to Pasa Robels we are now at the cross over to 101 and will be heading for Texas today. The plan is to see Dwane's sisters on the weekend of 11-7-09 then see Ollie and then Adam on the next weekend then Dwane's Aunts and Uncels on his mom's side during the weeek, after that we will be on our way to Waldeans another Aunt. After that we will be on the way that should take about 3 weeks and then on our way toOk. to see my sister and her kids and grand kids. that should take about 3 weeks I hope to be home by 11-23-09 for Lillies first Birthday. We are homeword bound.

After eating breakfest with Lori , Robert and Kerby. We spent the day at the beach and then went to see Carliegh parked in front of the house ,and 2 of her 5 kids Rhianon and Deven, Rhianon spent the night in the Rv with me. In the morning Deven joined us for Breakfest.

Then later we will be going south on highway 1. Criss over to 5 and head for Texas.

We spent the day with Lorie a co worked owner of Jazzed in the days in prunedale, talked for ever ate lunch at one of our old faverates. She is doing well working out of her home, met up for a few min. with Robert, Talked to Gloria she is in SF she wanted us to come back, but not with the rv. Today we meet back up with Lorie and Robert for lunch. Tonight we meet up with Carliegh she is living alone with her 5 kids in Salines. We spent the night in a truck stop at the Pilot gas station in Salines because California don't let you stay overnight in any business like walmart, eventhough we did night before last and no one bothered up. This one pic is of Lorie in me. More later today with Robert then then Carliegh, Our plan is to head South once we see everyone today.

We went to Los Gates and spent the day with old friends from the days we lived in Prunedale, they are now caring for Jeff's Mom and doing a wonderful job. Such a nice family. We hope to see them before 10 years go by again. One thing for shure we keep in touch.

We stoped at the house on the hill tolked to the lady who lived in it she was so nice offered to show us around and to look in the back and take pic. The sun was going down and could not get a good pic. We talked to john and took a pic of him and his son, his new wife Kathy is expectings twins in the summer. The day was so windy but we went to our beach anyway just as we got there we hurd noise from outside hitting on the rv. When we got out the awning was plapping like a flag not out all the way, the wind was blowing so hard it looked like a impossable task to get it rolled back, we worked on it for about 10 min, then came a nice man and gave us a hand. Thank The Lord. We then sat and ate and watched the sun go down. What a day, we found a camp site about 1 or 2 blocks away no one was there but pegs holding camp sites said take a spot and come in tomorrow. Who knows what it cost. LOL more to come.

What a wonderful time we had with Debbie and Sid's Family. The trip to Napa was great. We spent the most time at Debbie's, on the way to Napa Debby and Dwane chatted while we girls played Canasta, I lost both hands to the beginers. We has a great lunch at the V. Sattui Winery and wine testing, cool day wonderful weather.

It has been at least 10 years sence we saw our Sister Debbie , we left at 10am on 10-21 and got her back to her home at 10pm we had a wonderful time saw the sites at Yosemite and talked for hour while my darling Dwane drove us through the dark curvey roads. We spent the night at Debby's parking lot and had coffiee before she left to work, she was so kind to leave her home open so we could shower before we left. now we are on our way to see a school friend of Dwane's for the day.

After leaving Sparks/Reno we went to Plaserville to see the cousins we had a wonderful time spent 2 nights under the acornt trees. We saw 1st and 2nd cousins and the prize winning pumpkins. We had a good time in Silver Dollar City for about 4 hours. after collicting a few pond rocks from the Gold and Silver town, we moved on to Sparks to see Johnny Lee the Urban Cowboy from the 80's had a wonderful time at the show, I got no pic with the camera but I did pay 5.00 to have it signed. Well today is on to Tahoe mostly for the view and on the way to CA, and hope to stop in Pollic Pines to see Family.

Well, it is now Saturday the 10-17 and after spending 2 nights at Walmart we are going to Reno and see a show before heading west, We play cards and rent movies from the red box. Love that red box. War and Canasta last night War was with 2 decks and would never end, Dwane wanted to stop but I said no this is War we will have a peace for the night then start next time we stop for the night with nothing to do. Of cource I was winning. Well we are having as much fun as you can in a small town in Nv. Reno tonight now that is another story. We left Mt. Rushmore looked for a federal part the seniors park 1/2 price. we spent one night at Wall Mart and one a KOA the rest were at the Federal parks. but when we got to the park it was closed for the year. so we went back to Custer and found a KOA for a good price the day before it closed for the year. Next is Custer, Crazy Horse and then to Deadwood. A few pic of our down time.

1880 town is on the way to Rushmore state park. The buildings were moved to the location to create a town of the 1880 no one ever lived in it. It is just for tourest. Like us $8 but it was fun.
